LifeStyle Windows Ltd provides windows, doors, conservatory installations, and related services in East London and Essex. All work is carried out by our in-house installation team and includes a 15-year guarantee on all products and workmanship.

3. Quotations

All quotations are estimates and are subject to a site survey. The final price will be confirmed in a written quotation before any work commences. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your installation date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work. We accept payment by bank transfer, card, or cash.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a booked installation up to 7 days before the scheduled date with no penalty. Cancellations within 7 days of the installation date may incur a fee. No refunds are available once installation has commenced.

6. Warranty

All products and installations come with a 15-year guarantee covering manufacturing defects and installation quality. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.

7. Limitation of Liability

LifeStyle Windows Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is owned or licensed by LifeStyle Windows Ltd and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission.
